You send us your item, we inspect it within 1 business day, and you get paid. You have 90 days to buy it back at a price you agree to before you sell. One flat fee -- no monthly interest. The offer you get from our AI is an estimate based on what you tell us. The final price may change after we inspect the item in person. If it does, you can accept the new price or we'll send it back to you for free.

You have 90 days from the date you get paid to buy your item back. The buyback price is shown before you accept the offer and never changes -- same price on day 1 or day 89. We store your item in a secure environment. We photograph it when it arrives and again before we ship it back. These photos are the official record of condition. Return shipments are fully tracked and require your signature on delivery. If you don't buy it back within 90 days, the sale is final.

Offers are valid for 48 hours. After you accept, you have 7 days to ship the item. If you don't ship within that window, the offer expires. Our offers are based on real-time market data and represent what we can pay while covering our costs. They're not retail prices -- they're fast cash values with the option to get your stuff back.
